Work Day

This past Tuesday we spent the ENTIRE day outside and made a good bit of progress. Praise God for little helpers! (Though we spent more time keeping them from fighting...lol) We also met the neighbors Mrs. Bettie Marie and Bedford her son. We hope that we will be able to reach out to them via our newest ministry at Parkwood, Home Help Ministries. (homehelpministries.blogspot.com)

This has been a vision of ministry I have been wanting to see happen for the last six months. Thanks to Tom being open to meet our neighbors, it has helped us to offer our church's help to these people. You never know what one conversation could lead to. Thanks Tom for being kind, caring, and sensitive to see people's needs. God used you to open the door to an easier conversation.
